❗PLEASE NOTE: We do not offer free returns. Return shipping fees apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

 


 

Returns


Can I return my order?

Yes, absolutely.


If you’re not satisfied with your LuxeBrew order, you have the option to return it within 30 days of receiving your items.


To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

1. The product must include all original components and be returned in its original packaging.

2. The item must not show signs of misuse or excessive wear. Damages due to careless handling are not covered.

3. For hygiene-related items, the product must be cleaned and in sanitary condition prior to return.

4. If the product arrives damaged or defective, this must be reported immediately with photo evidence.

5. Return shipping fees are not covered by LuxeBrew.

6. Once received, returns are processed within 7 business days. Approved refunds will be issued after validation.


We reserve the right to deny returns if items appear used, damaged, or outside the return policy timeframe.

 


 

How to Return Your Order


If your item meets the above criteria, please follow these steps to initiate your return:

• Reason for return

• Clear photo(s) of the item (in case of damage or defect)

• Your full name

• Full shipping address


⚠️ Important: Do not return items to the sender address on the package. We will provide the correct return address upon receiving your request.

 


 

Right of Withdrawal


Customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase under the following conditions:

 


 

A. Withdrawal Conditions


You may withdraw from this contract within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that:

You are a natural person making a purchase for personal, non-commercial use

You have not misused or damaged the product

You notify us of your intention to withdraw via email


Since LuxeBrew operates with a fast, automated system, orders are processed immediately and cannot be canceled once shipped. You must wait to receive your item before initiating a return or refund.

 


 

Shipments in Transit


As our products ship directly from Asia, longer-than-average transit times may occur. If your order is already in transit, cancellation is not possible. Once received, you may then proceed with a return request if needed.


You’re welcome to notify us in advance regarding a potential return, and we’ll guide you through the process.

 


 

Consequences of Withdrawal


Once your return is received and approved:

We will refund the full purchase amount, excluding shipping fees and any premium shipping upgrades

Refunds are processed using the original payment method

No additional fees will be charged for the refund process


All returns must be sent to our central warehouse in Asia at the customer’s expense.
